By submitting this form I agree

• I will mail my application fee of $100, which will be applied toward my total tuition fee. I understand that this fee will be refunded if I am NOT accepted. Make checks payable to the Virginia School of Polygraph.

• I understand each prospective student must submit three letters of reference, verifying their experience and character. I will send my letters of reference either by email or mail.

• I will have a copy of an appropriate transcript (either high school or college) sent to the school.

• I must fill out and sign the follow up form sent via email in order to complete my registration.
